What forms make up the Bankruptcy Petition?

There is the Petition itself, The Schedules, The Statement of Financial Affairs, The Statement of Intentions, The Attorney Statement, and in Chapter 13 there is also what is known as the Plan. The Petition itself is a short document that just gives the debtor's name, address, approximate number of creditors and approximate total amount, how long you have lived in the jurisdiction, and whether you have filed for bankruptcy before.
